The Batman tv show can sometimes seem more like cosplay than mellowdrama. But wasn’t it fun?  Yvonne Craig breathed new life into a dying series, and made it fresh again for a while. I miss these simpler times.

lifeonmars70s: Yvonne Craig & Elvis Two icons, together.  Elvis from the 50’s and 60’s and Yvonne Craig from the 60’s, (for most of us.)  I was never much of an Elvis fan, but Yvonne Craig was the Batgirl we all wanted to be like,and who fed a lot of our interests in getting tied up.  **blush**  It’s still hard for me to believe that’s she’s 75 now, but I’m not as young as I used to be, either…  —Heather eta: Still, from Kissin’ Cousins (I believe)
